Our remote IT services come in three different levels:

Nimoveri Platinum – An all-inclusive support package that covers all of your IT infrastructure, desktop, network and server and includes both onsite and remote IT support requirements.  For the utmost peace of mind Nimoveri Platinum ensures you will have an engineer onsite the next working day in the event you have a priority incident.

Nimoveri Silver – The most common of our remote IT support offerings, covering all of your IT infrastructure however is limited to remote support only, with an additional charge for onsite visits.  This service is suitable for the majority of mid-market organisations where support can be done remotely. It provides a cost-effective solution that ensures all of your IT is covered and only when someone is required on site do you then have additional callout fees.

Nimoveri Bronze – Our entry level package covers end user and desktop IT support only.  Network and server infrastructure is then charged at an hourly rate.

 

Whichever package you choose, your service comes with a dedicated account manager who maintains constant communication with you, understands your business needs and helps to translate your requirements into practical IT solutions.

We do not believe that support should be charged on a per device basis and our offerings are a fixed monthly fee that covers everything in the package you have selected.  Clearly defining the level of coverage ensures monthly invoicing is clear and concise and you understand at the outset exactly the service you can expect.

Whether your services are of the physical onsite variety such as desktops, laptops, firewalls, network infrastructure and servers or cloud based virtualised infrastructure in a public cloud, our dedicated, Farnham based support team is on hand from 8am to 6pm to manage and monitor your IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains available for you to complete the revenue generating activity key to your business at all times.

 

*The replacement hardware must be a direct replacement that can facilitate a complete data restore from an original backup without any bare metal or new/different version of operating system to be setup and configured.
